If you're an auto delivery customer, your deliveries will be scheduled automatically based on your tank levels.

Is there a minimum order requirement for propane delivery?
Superior Propane offers flexible delivery options to meet your needs, and our team will work with you to ensure your order meets your requirements.

Can I set up automatic propane refills?Yes, you can! Superior Propane provides the option for automatic propane refills based on your usage patterns and/or SMART* Tank monitoring, ensuring you never run out of propane. Visit our Propane Delivery Options page to learn more!

How frequently should I expect to need a propane tank refill?The frequency of propane tank refills depends on your usage and propane tank size. Whether you are on Auto Delivery or Will Call, we like to begin preparing your order when tank levels reach 30%. That’s still a lot of propane, but it gives us enough time to secure your supply and add you to your driver’s route. By the time your supply is on the truck and out for delivery, you can expect your levels to be between 5-15%, well before you run out.

expected annual propane consumption. This offer is available to new residential and small commercial
customers of Superior Propane. This offer is not available to customers in Québec. To accept the offer,
eligible customers must enter into a Retail Agreement with Superior Propane. Please contact us for

1 Eligible customers with expected annual propane consumption of at least 1,000 litres receive a 500
litres propane credit upon equipment installation at the subject customer location. Receipt of a further
500 litres credit applied on Eligible Customer’s 1-year anniversary if at least 2,000 litres were purchased
during the first year.
2 Free tank rental for the first year at one customer location.
3Basic tank installation fee waived up to $299 CAD at one customer location. This element of the Offer
applies only to Eligible Customers that switch to Superior from another propane supplier.
