1. Who qualifies for the No-Run-Out Commitment?
Residential customers enrolled in the Automatic Delivery Program may qualify if a Customer Service Failure occurs and their account is in good standing. For full eligibility details and information about Customer Service Failures, please review the No-Run-Out Commitment Terms and Conditions.

2. When does the No-Run-Out Commitment not apply?
The No-Run-Out Commitment does not apply in certain situations, including Will Call Delivery Program accounts, the absence of a Customer Service Failure, past-due account balances or other customer default, or significant propane usage changes that were not communicated to Superior Propane. Please refer to the full No-Run-Out Commitment Terms and Conditions for complete details.

3. How many free propane litres could I receive?
Free propane will be provided to eligible customers who experience a Customer Service Failure. The amount of free propane will equal 20% of the total tank capacity of the impacted tank or tanks. For many residential customers, this could equal up to 200 free litres, depending on tank size and eligibility. Example scenarios:
2 x 420 lb tanks
- Total capacity: 908 litres
- No-Run-Out Commitment percentage: 20%
- Free propane applied: 182 litres
500-gallon tank
- Total capacity: 1,893 litres
- No-Run-Out Commitment percentage: 20%
- Free propane applied: 378 litres

4. Where can I see my free propane litres?
Your free propane litres will appear on your next delivery ticket or invoice, where the eligible litres are shown at $0.00 per litre. Any additional propane delivered will be charged at the customer’s current applicable price per litre at the time of delivery.

5. Can I use my free propane litres toward a previous delivery?No. Free propane litres cannot be applied to previous deliveries. They will be applied to your next propane delivery or deliveries for the impacted tank or tanks until the free propane litres are fully used.

6. Do the free propane litres expire?Yes. Free propane litres are valid for one year from the date they are awarded. Any unused amount will continue to apply to future propane deliveries for the impacted tank or tanks until it is fully used or expires, whichever comes first.

7. Are the free propane litres refundable?
No. Free propane litres have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable. They will be applied to your next propane delivery or deliveries for the impacted tank or tanks until the free propane litres are fully used.
